Pokidex Collectibles Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment: You may request a cancellation for a full refund if the order has not yet been packed or shipped. After Shipment: Once the tracking number is generated, orders cannot be cancelled. 2. Returns and Refunds "No Change of Mind": Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market and the risk of card swapping, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind." Exceptions: You are entitled to a return or refund only if: The item received is incorrect (wrong card/set). The item is proven to be counterfeit (fake). The item arrived significantly damaged (and was not described as such), provided you submit an unboxing video. 3. Dispute Process Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the item. Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect both parties, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package seal being broken and the card condition to process any damage claims.
