"Pokidex Collectible" Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to "Pokidex Collectible" ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services to purchase Pokemon Trading Card Game (TCG) products in Malaysia. By accessing our site, you agree to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property Disclaimer
Independent Reseller: We are an independent retailer/marketplace and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company International, or Game Freak.
Trademarks: "Pokemon" and all related character names and images are trademarks of Nintendo. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We use them strictly for descriptive purposes to identify the products being sold (Nominative Fair Use).
3. Product Accuracy & Authenticity
Condition: We strive to describe card conditions (e.g., Near Mint, Played) accurately based on industry standards, but we do not guarantee third-party grading results (e.g., PSA, BGS) unless the card is already encased/graded.
Authenticity: We guarantee that all cards sold directly by "Pokidex Collectible" are authentic. We act as a venue. While we prohibit counterfeit items, we are not liable for third-party seller listings, subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in United State Dollar (USD).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.
5. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping is handled via available courier between FEDEX, DHL, UPS .
Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value cards.
6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, "Pokidex Collectible" shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
